What an unforgettable experience! A huge thank you to Michelle Witte and Lawrence Mitchell for the incredible organisation and execution of both events as we officially launched Givenwell into the Australian market.
The Wellbeing at Work Australia Summit aimed to make employee wellbeing a strategic imperative. It brought together senior leaders from HR, wellbeing, and people & culture roles across various industries to elevate their strategies around leadership, connection, equity, purpose, environment, and personalisation. We were there to connect with these passionate activists and share insights on creating impactful wellbeing initiatives.

A special highlight was Jonny's workshop at both events, focusing on individual wellbeing at scale, where he shared innovative strategies for enhancing personal wellness in the workplace. He also contributed to the panel "Innovation Corner," discussing upcoming initiatives aimed at improving the future of workplace wellbeing.
