Two years back, Jonny set off on a mission. He interviewed people and culture leaders across Aotearoa and Australia to get the real scoop on why traditional wellbeing programmes weren’t cutting it. Just last month, he finally had the chance to showcase our answer to these challenges: Givenwell.

The HR Leaders Forum brought together a stellar crowd of HR professionals for a packed day of insights, cross-sector chats, and networking galore. Made by HR leaders, for HR leaders, the Forum is all about elevating people-first strategies and sharing real-world success stories.
